We believe food is the soul of our culture and at its center is the family table. Every day at Blue Dog Cafe we honor those that settled this land and made it our home. The early settlers of South Louisiana spoke French and developed the culture of Acadiana because they were undisturbed for nearly 200 years.
Please enjoy this video in Cajun French that highlights the importance of our ancestors to our lives in South Louisiana.
